How can scientific exchange and collaboration advance biomaterials research and help translate innovative technologies into medical applications?
On 2–3 March 2027, the research alliance Leibniz Health Technologies invites researchers, technology developers, clinical experts, industry representatives and other interested participants.
Researchers from institutes of the alliance and their spin-offs will showcase their technological solutions in areas including: advanced tissue models, high-throughput formats and automation bioactive devices for in vivo drug delivery and medical devices, as well as bioelectronic interfaces.
The two-half day symposium will bring together scientific expertise and innovative technologies to foster interdisciplinary exchange, identify synergies and initiate new collaborations. It also explores opportunities and challenges in translating promising research into medical applications.
The symposium welcomes participants from Research Alliance Leibniz Health Technologies and beyond.
Symposium Highlights:
- Scientific Tandem Talks
Partner institutes and spin-offs from the Research Alliance present their innovative technology portfolios and medical applications
- Technology Marketplace
Research expertise, mini booths, pinboards for technology offers and collaboration opportunities, technology one-pagers as conversation starters
- Founding Process and Transfer Pathways
Best Practice Examples - from academic research to medical applications, regulatory and entrepreneurial challenges
- Networking
Interdisciplinary exchange, new connections and an evening get-together
